There are several areas where partnering with Harry’s can benefit your company. Quality, consistency and food safety are chief among these. Utilizing a co-manufacturer will also provide cost control measures as we are able to deliver lower cost per unit and less raw material cost fluctuations, material and labor insurance costs and many more indirect savings.
With forty years of experience in food manufacturing, we have the knowledge and skills to provide these advantages. In addition to these we can also offer R&D, Marketing and Sales assistance.
What kinds of products do you manufacture?
We produce food that can be cooked in a kettle, hot packed in various containers (pouches, tubs, trays, etc.) and rapidly chilled to refrigerated or frozen consistency.
What credentials and certifications do you hold?
GFSI SQF Level 2, USDA and FDA inspected, third party audited, USDA Organic, Kosher, Gluten Free.
Are you a turn-key operation?
Yes, we provide concept-to-shelf service. We have full service R&D, Marketing (including packaging design) and Sales in house if it is needed.
What is your minimum custom order quantity?
Our minimum order size is 250,000 lbs annually.
Will you stock our inventory?
No. Products are made to order and shipped in full.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we utilize common carriers to deliver to our customers’ distribution centers and also allow customers to pick up FOB.
Do you co-pack for other manufacturers?
Yes, we can create new recipes or duplicate existing ones.
Do you offer R&D (Research and Development) services?
Yes, our R&D team work closely with our customers to create a finished product that meets their specifications. As an option, we invite our customers to work side by side with us in our kitchen to be a part of creating their special recipe. Once the process and specifications are approved, we scale the recipe size up for full production.
Do you allow our team to be present during initial production?
Yes! We encourage your team to work with us during R&D and first production runs to ensure that we are meeting your expectations.
Is it possible to have component product sent to you for assembly with product you are manufacturing for us?
Yes, as long as we can safely handle your component product we can add it inside the finished retail package or bulk foodservice package along with your Harry’s produced recipe to form a “kit.” Different charges apply for these services which are dependent on the complexity of the finished kit.
