Harry's Fresh Foods’ commitment to quality starts with selecting the best possible ingredients. We work very closely with our vendors to make sure that only the highest quality and safest ingredients go into making our products. We keep a close watch over the entire process to guarantee that the products you receive are both delicious and consistent every time.
Before delivery to Harry's, each vendor carefully inspects all raw goods. Ingredients are inspected again upon arrival at our facility before being accepted into production. Finished products move quickly out of our warehouse, are handled with extreme care and kept under proper refrigeration all the way to your local store.

Our manufacturing plant is USDA certified, which means our operations are inspected around the clock by an on-site inspector. Every aspect of manufacturing from recipe preparation all the way through to packaging is subject to strict guidelines.
Harry’s has instituted a strict HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) program throughout the plant to ensure ongoing process quality control and plant sanitation standards. The Quality Control Department at Harry's Fresh Foods takes an extremely aggressive approach to food safety and employs a highly trained and educated staff.
Harry’s plant consistently earns superior third party audit ratings from NSF-Cook & Thurber, one of the leading providers of comprehensive food safety services for the food, beverage, animal feed, and packaging industries.
Since 2004, Harry’s Fresh Foods has been certified by Oregon Tilth, a world leader in organic certification of food providers from soil to store.
