Packaging and Sanitation Manager
Human Resources Assistant
Summary : Administers benefits, HRIS database, safety administration, federal and state compliance, recordkeeping and project management. Assist Human Resources Manager with implementation of policies and procedures.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Administration and coordination of all employee benefits including Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Long Term Disability, Short Term Disability and Supplemental Life Insurance.
2. Manage and maintain HRIS database (reporting structures, job titles, job grades, etc) to ensure highest data quality in the system
3. Assist employees and managers on a daily basis with problems/issues (escalate to Human Resource Manager when needed).
4. Process all employee OFLA/FMLA requests according to state and federal law.
5. Oversee the Human Resources portion of company payroll. Ensure employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, and other related employment information is accurate in the HRIS system and employee files to ensure applicable state and/or federal laws are met.
6. Assist with implementation of corporate safety programs and policies including Workers Compensation and safety/injury tracking.

Packaging and Sanitation Manager
Summary : Provides the direction and leadership for the efficient operation of the Packaging and Sanitation Departments. Also interfaces with upstream, downstream, and cross-functional areas within the facility
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Employee Needs: Developing employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Fully develops subordinates to reach full potential.
2. Full knowledge of proper set up and operational procedures for all equipment within the Packaging and Sanitation departments. Full knowledge of world class sanitation practices.
3. Operation within budget: Labor, Materials, and Waste. Understand and adhere to all regulatory requirements, develop and maintain a working relationship with USDA. Manage and maintain all departmental documentation in accordance with record keeping requirements.
4. Responsible to enforce HACCP, SSOP, USDA, GMP procedures and documentation requirements to include monitoring, training, implementation, and communication specific to the Packaging and Sanitation departments. Additional training specific to other departments within the facility will occur
5. Leads in the lean management initiative and helps drive the Green initiative.

Corporate Executive Chef
Summary : The Corporate Executive Chef contributes to the success of Harry’s Fresh Foods by supporting sales across all business channels and by helping lead product development efforts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leads product innovation and stays current on new food and flavor trends for food service, club and retail channels.
2. Works closely with sales to conduct key account calls and ideation sessions across all channels of business.
3. Provides technical and sales support services to sales teams and brokers across all channels of business.
4. Attends all relevant trade shows to keep current and actively solicit new business opportunities.
5. Clearly defines product requirements in collaboration with customers and the sales force and then transfers those requirements clearly to the Product Development Group.
6. Coordinates efforts between Marketing, Sales, Customer, Operations, Regulatory and QA to assure product integrity and quality standards are achieved.
7. Supports managing R&D resources and budget to facilitate product and package development work across all channels of business. This will include gold standard development and product commercialization.
