National Industry Publication Recognizes Local Company
Portland, Ore. (Sept. 2007) - Harry’s Fresh Foods (Harry’s), a leading manufacturer of convenient and freshly prepared soups, entrees, side dishes, gravies, sauces and desserts for consumers and the foodservice industry, was awarded the 2007 Category Colonel Award in the refrigerated soup category from Refrigerated & Frozen Foods Retailer magazine.
The Category Colonel Award nominees were selected by retail executives who voted for the industry’s best suppliers. A ballot was posted on the Refrigerated & Frozen Foods Retailer Web site and e-mailed to retailers nationwide. Retailers recognized Harry’s for providing the greatest timeliness and accuracy in delivery, customized strategies on pricing and promotion, and superior communication with retailers.
